The role involves providing first class customer service to international travellers by the buying and selling of foreign currency. You will be responsible for:

- Servicing customer enquiries and securing FX deals
- Building customer rapport and repeat business
- Daily branch duties

**Additional Information**:

- It is essential that you have previous Retail or Customer Service Experience
- You must have excellent communication skills and be able to negotiate with customers by helping them understand their foreign currency needs.
- In return for your commitment, we’ll offer you in-depth training and development, competitive pay and an exciting incentive scheme for hitting sales targets.
- You must have the ability to work under pressure
- Hours - 38 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days between the hours of operation which is to be 5:00 am to 1:00 am. We aso operate some locations at Melbourne Airport 24 hours a day, which allows for some shift work opportunities in the future.
