Our client provides a wide range of medical services, including family medicine, women's health, travel medicine, Skin Cancer Clinics, and minor surgical procedures. Their clinics are equipped with specialized rooms to enhance treatment, ensuring a modern and safe environment for patients and their families. Their Tenant GP's follow high professional and ethical standards, promoting a continuity of care model to make healthcare convenient and easy for patients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet and exceed all service delivery standards including achieving/maintaining external accreditation.
- Develop new initiatives that enhance patient services
- Liaise with Primary Health Network on support services available
- Respond professionally and in a timely manner to all patient complaints
- Ensure that After Hours external GP services is always in place
- Ensure GP patient bookings, attendances and billings are undertaken professionally and in a friendly with a client driven focus
- Conduct recruitment & interviews for approved staff in conjunction with PM Assist
- Coordinate induction and orientation/training for new staff
- Effectively direct and manage staff on a day-to-day basis
- Arrange all rosters for GPs, administration staff and approve nursing rosters before published
- Contribute to annual review of billable patient services
- Ensure all financial policies/procedures are always followed
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of PMG policies and procedures & ensure compliance by all staff and clinicians
- Ensure that operating systems meet the RACGP Accreditation Standards

**Skills**:
