**The Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced Practice Manager who can manage and support our practice and our team members. You will be supported by a lead veterinarian, two vets and a great team of nurses and receptionists. Our support office team will also provide guidance and ongoing training to ensure you are confident in the role.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic and ensuring the client experience is excellent, recruitment, rostering and management of team member development, maintaining a positive workplace culture, creating and implementing local marketing initiatives and monitoring financial and team performance.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Excellent time management, organisational skills, and ability to work towards deadlines
- Great rapport building with both colleagues and clients
- A proven background as a Practice Manager in a busy and fast paced environment is essential
- Experience in the Veterinary industry although not essential, but proven ability to ensure an excellent client experience in a previous management role is essential
- Multi-tasking skills
- Business administration qualification or Diploma of Practice Management preferred but not essential
