**Position Summary**

The Business Enablement Specialist plays a key role in optimising the operational efficiency of Vines Therapy by managing financial, HR, and administrative functions. This role requires a proactive and versatile individual with strong organisational and problem-solving skills, a keen eye for details and the ability to contribute to both daily operations and strategic initiatives across the business.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Finance Operations**:

- **Accounts Receivable and Payable**: Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, including client billing and invoices processing.
- **Data Insights**:Assist with budgeting, resources planning and data analytics.
- **Bank Reconciliations**:Manage bank reconciliations and resolutions
- **Financial Records**: Maintain accurate financial records, reporting and compliance
- **Payroll Administration**: support payroll processing and reporting

**HR Enablement**:

- **Talent Enablement**: support recruitment initiatives and talent acquisition pipelines
- **HR Administration**:manage employee pathways processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records

**Operational Efficiency**:

- **Administrative Enablement**: support office administration and general client enquiries and correspondence as directed
- **Outcomes Driven Results**: ensure adherence to outcomes-oriented workflow across finance, HR, and administration to enhance productivity and reduce costs.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- 3+ years of experience in a business operations role with significant involvement in finance and HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related finance field is preferred.
- Proven experience in using accounting software (e.g., Xero, Quickbooks)
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software
- Knowledge of BAS and GST Reporting
- Familiarity with CRM and HRIS systems.
- NDIS billing familiarity
- Healthcare/allied health experience.
- Able or willing to learn using Allied health Practice Management Apps

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
