**Role Description**

The Area Manager NSW role is a full-time position based in Sydney, NSW, As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple Tarocash stores in New South Wales. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing store operations, driving sales and profitability, training and developing store teams, implementing marketing initiatives, maintaining visual merchandising standards, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in retail management and proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions
- Knowledge of visual merchandising principles and ability to maintain visual standards
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and situations
- Prior experience in the fashion industry is beneficial
- Knowledge of menswear trends and fashion styling is a plus

Pay: $54,890.82 - $80,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 3 years (preferred)
- Fashion retail: 3 years (preferred)
