Our client based in the South-Eastern suburbs works to design, build and maintain premium landscapes and gardens around the Eastern suburbs and Bayside area. They take great pride in providing bespoke services of the highest quality. They currently have a position available within their team for a Maintenance Manager - the maintenance department provides comprehensive maintenance services for residential properties. Delivering exceptional customer service, quality workmanship, and tailored solutions to meet their clients' garden maintenance needs our client has a team of skilled 25-30 professionals in the department and a commitment to excellence.

**Your new role**

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager available for an immediate start. Duties of the role include:

- Management of the maintenance department
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets and drive business growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their garden maintenance requirements and providing suitable solutions
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline in our task management system
- Manage staff scheduling
- Assist in managing Fleet, assets and inventory

**What you need to succeed**

To be considered for this role, you will need the following:

- Cert IV in horticulture/landscaping or above preferred but experience and knowledge is the key
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the maintenance or related industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Knowledge of horticultural services - plant knowledge, pest and disease control, turf management and irrigation
