With some specialised, interesting, and tightly controlled processes you will be leading a small maintenance team and the work will be based around equipment performance, maintenance, mainly production but varied to cover all sites requirements, with opportunities to get involved with many other activities. When required you’ll utilise external specialists and resources to ensure effective, safe, quality maintenance of equipment and sites.

**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Lead a small maintenance team on equipment performance and maintenance
- Maintain preventive management & risk management strategies
- Identifying solutions to assist in achievement of site maintenance goals
- Provides maintenance support to the Production Team to ensure that breakdowns are fixed
- KPI and tracking including the monitoring, analysis, diagnosis & improvement actions
- Co-ordinate services or contractors required for the repairs of equipment
- Complete all records and paperwork accurately, as directed and required

**Experience & Qualifications**
- Proven leadership experience in a Maintenance and/or Trades role
- Be safety focused with good communication skills
- Experience in high-speed packaging, chemical or FMCG
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Good attitude with a preference for being ‘hands on’
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Planning & setting up maintenance principals, practices, and systems.
