Chiropractic Assistant

**Chiropractic Life Crace / Woden **is a growing and busy family practice that is passionate about making a difference to the health of the community.

We operate **Monday, Wednesday and Friday **with shifts spanning mornings (8:00am-12:00am) and evenings (2:30pm-7:00pm)

with an average of 18 hours per week with possibility for increase within the coming months. This position will be working across both the Crace and Woden practices.

**Day to day roles and responsibilities of a Chiropractic Assistant**:

- Booking appointment schedules and building relationships.
- Balancing accounts, financial agreements, taking payments, cash handling and banking and other areas of practice operations.
- Assisting our Chiropractors ensuring we maintain optimum office flow and provide outstanding service.
- Educating and loving our practice members.
- A passion for health
- Customer service experience and enjoyment at working with patients of all age groups.
- A brilliant phone manner.
- Administration skills and experience are advantageous.
- Excellent organisation skills
- High energy

Prior customer service experience would be ideal, however full training will be provided to the successful applicant in a supportive environment.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29.00 - $32.59 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 25 per week
