**Ablepoint Australia** provides an exceptional level of service to NDIS participants and we are seeking fun-loving individuals to join our team and be involved in our community of NDIS participants and to assist them in thriving to achieve their goals.

Our teams provide support to NDIS participants across Forster, NSW through individualized support service delivery including clinical and personal care, at home support, community participation, and innovative activities.

We work with a broad spectrum of disabilities including spinal injuries, high intensity support, and offer a range of SIL and SDA accommodation options.

Due to ongoing growth, we are now seeking an - Exceptional Service Manager who will lead our Forster, NSW teams.

Client service: Everything is always about providing service - client-centric and within budget.

Managing Teams: Building loyal, skilled, and committed, multi-disciplinary teams with capacity and capability.

Operations: Identifying efficiencies across departments, leading in compliance and risk management improvements. Managing budgets, relationships and resources.

Industry knowledge: Nothing beats on the ground experience, combined with deep working knowledge of the contemporary Australian disability (NDIS) and aged care at home sectors.

Business Development: You will have success, know-how and be driven - to build and deliver the Charter Care Service vision and experience through innovative, thoughtful, and relevant marketing initiatives.

**Mandatory requirements**:

- Demonstrated skills and leadership experience within the NDIS sector. (min 5 years)
- Blue & Yellow cards
- National Police Check (within six months)
- Covid vaccinations (2 x vaccines & 1 x booster)
- Full, clean, Driver’s License & access to a reliable vehicle
- Relevant tertiary qualifications

If successful, you can expect to negotiate a generous salary package including tools of trade.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $59.00 per hour
