At Endeavour Early Education, we take great care in ensuring our children are **school ready**, **healthy** and **well rounded**. We have carefully selected extra-curricular activities and created Endeavour Academy, our school readiness program, to achieve our mission.

Catering for children from 0- 6 years of age, we are currently seeking an **experienced Diploma (or working towards Diploma) **qualified educator to join our toddler room. In an extremely supportive and nurturing team environment, this role will see you lead by example and truly develop your leadership skills.

You will work closely with the Centre Manager and your colleagues to support and mentor staff within a collaborative team culture. You will be involved in developing documentation and a child focused program for the children in your care.

You will utilise your passion for Early Education to create and develop a rich and creative program for the children in your care with the support of your fellow team members.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to form strong, positive relationships with families and staff members.

You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with families and children, as well as keeping meaningful documentation of the children's learning.

**PLEASE NOTE**: You must be available to work between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Our Centre operates 52 weeks a year.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to $70,000.00 per year
