**Room Leader (ECT) - Concord**

Are you an experienced early childhood Room Leader ready to lead with warmth and purpose?

Only About Children Concord is looking for a confident, passionate, and qualified **Room Leader** to join our team in a **permanent full-time** role. You'll play a key part in creating a safe, nurturing environment where our youngest children feel secure, supported, and inspired to learn and grow.

Our Leichhardt campus is designed with natural elements, spacious rooms, and dedicated outdoor areas for each age group-providing the perfect environment for play-based learning and meaningful connections.

As a Room Leader, you'll lead group times, support the team, collaborate with families, and create a space where children can develop confidence, independence, and emotional wellbeing in their earliest years.
- This means our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate, plus an extra 5% from December 2025, funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026._

**What We're Looking For**:

- ECT of Early Childhood Education & Care or ACECWA Equivalent
- Previous experience leading or supporting a Preschool Room
- A warm, collaborative approach to leading your team
- A passion for early development and nurturing strong relationships
- A strong understanding of child safety and wellbeing
