We are seeking causals to join the Customer Service team.

This role sits within the ALM (Australian Liquor Marketers) Customer Service functions within our Crestmead office.

About the role

This role will see you increase external and internal customer satisfaction by being the central point of contact in providing services. That includes but not limited to invoicing, receipting, claims, and complaint resolution and excellent customer service

What you’ll do

Proactively managing individual claims from notification to closure, investing the necessary level of involvement required for each claim depending on the category, type and quantum of the claim.

Answering all inbound call types in accordance with the Customer Service Quality Assurance Program.

Ensure that all daily sales call list is completed and sales targets are achieved

Accurately input all orders (both supplier and customers) ensuring optimum service levels

Identify opportunities to grow existing and new customers

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to optimise service and sales opportunities ensuring a total supply solution for your customers

Ability to listen attentively and demonstrate patience with difficult callers.
