
Part-time Change Administrator

**About the role**
My client is on the lookout for an experienced Administrator who has had experience with coordinating and planning. This 6-month fixed term contract on a part time basis is an excellent opportunity for one who wants to gain more experience in the change management space.
You will use your strengths in calendar management, and provide an empathetic and considered approach to provide reassurance to the project team that training, and communication co-ordination will be seamless, and ensure the people will be well supported through training.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
In this role, your main duties will include but not be limited to;
- Create and find new and creative ways to communicate key messages
- Manage the program communications calendar and activities
- Co-ordinate the training schedule and help with training set-up
- Support the development of training materials and job aids to suit distinct stakeholder groups, including audience specific training materials such as handouts, quick reference guides and online training
- Other projects or initiatives requiring change management support
- Other ad hoc duties as per directed
**Skills & Experience**
To succeed in this role, you will have strong co-ordination and organisational skills. You will come from an Administration background and may have had previous experience in assisting change and training.
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient use of the Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and Excel)
- While not essential, relevant work experience in change management, communications or related fields would be highly regarded, as would, strong project co-ordination skills.
- Ability to add value to a collaborative, friendly and dynamic team
