- PoV Grade 4, $97,955 - $111,142 + 11.5% superannuation
We are seeking a Property Partner - Projects to negotiate new electorate office leases and deliver electorate office relocation and refurbishment projects.
**About the role**
The role involves managing and reporting on all aspects of lease negotiations and project development and delivery for both major fit-out projects and minor works in line with our standards and frameworks, including:
- Managing project issues, risks and budgets and investigating solutions, as required
- Procuring all project-related goods and services in line with policies and procedures
- Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders and clients, facilitating communication and consultation and ensuring excellent level of client-service for stakeholder groups
**About you**
You are an experienced property or facilities professional with a strong track record in lease negotiation and project delivery. Known for your exceptional customer service, you thrive in dynamic environments where confidentiality, consistency, and clear communication are key.
- You bring a collaborative mindset, a flexible approach, and the ability to stay composed and effective under pressure.
- You're confident in using digital tools to conduct property research, manage documentation, and prepare accurate, well-structured reports and correspondence.
