The Team Leader Property Transactions will be responsible for leading and managing a team of property professional on various property transactions, including the purchase, sale and leasing of land to be utilised by Homes Victoria or the Secretary of Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. As the successful applicant your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team in the identification, evaluation and negotiation of purchasing, disposal, and leasing.
- Establishing and maintaining strong networks and good working relationships with key personnel across other Government departments, developers, sales agents, authorities, consultants, and partners.

ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE

- Lead a team of property professionals that acquire, divest and lease property on behalf of the department, including work allocation, human resource and performance and reporting management consistent with the organisational goals and values.
- Manage the allocation of resources within and the outputs required of the work area to achieve service delivery goals and expectations.
- Effectively supervise and provide leadership to a team of employees
