**CUSTOMER SERVICE/ VENUE STAFF**

We are looking for a range of casual event/venue & customer service staff who are highly motivated, have a can-do attitude and show initiative to join the team to assist with delivering an exciting line up of events at GMHBA throughout 2025.

**Location - GMHBA Stadium**
- **Mandatory Requirement - Hold a Valid Paid Employee Working With Children's Check (WWCC)**_

**Event days**
- Saturday 15th March
- Friday 4th April
- Sunday 11th May
- Thursday 22nd May
- Saturday 7th June
- Friday 20th June

We are looking for applicants who can work **all event days above or a majority of the event days.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE - CUSTOMER SERVICE/ VENUE STAFF**

The primary role of an event/ venue staff is to act as the first point of contact for any customer attending an event. You will provide a positive and proactive experience for the Patrons, providing directional assistance and responding to inquiries and assisting with any questions raised by patrons and ensuring their experience is enjoyable.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $42.12 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Shift work
- Weekend availability
