Join our Member Engagement team as an enthusiastic phone-based Customer Service Consultant who has the desire to exceed customer expectations. With strong interpersonal skills you will be proactive in establishing and maintaining relationships with our members.

**What you will be doing**:
Hit the ground running with this inbound contact centre position. With our fully paid and structured training program you will be upskilled in systems, customer service and sales, and product knowledge. Then join a team who backs each other, in the kind of workplace people enjoy coming to.

You will play a critical role helping people who value and appreciate your care, and our products and services. With lots of variety, every day this role will bring new experiences.
- **Permanent full-time role** - commencing 11th August 2025.
- **Location**- Geelong
- **Fixed roster** - current schedule is a rotational roster | Monday to Friday & Weekends between the hours of 7am - 6pm.

- **Learning Program** - availability between 9.00am-5pm Monday-Friday. We will set you up for success with a comprehensive 2-month learning program focusing on Emergency Roadside Assistance and Motor Insurance in the first instance.
- **Dedicated Support Model during Learning** - Throughout your learning journey, you'll gain valuable skills in systems, customer service, sales, and product knowledge. With a dedicated support model by your side, you'll have everything you need to master our products and services with confidence.

- Have strong verbal and written communication skills, and
- Be able to achieve both individual and team goals.
- Have intermediate PC skills and knowledge of relevant software (highly desirable).
- Previous Contact Centre experience

Previous retail or telephony sales experience is highly regarded.
