**Casual Property Admin Assistant**:

We specialise in managing commercial and mixed-use assets in some of Melbourne’s most iconic buildings. We pride ourselves on our expert handling of complex property matters.

We are seeking a detail-oriented, organised individual to join our team and assist with some office projects relating to the management of our portfolio of buildings. This role offers great exposure to the management of high-quality CBD assets and an opportunity to learn about property and facilities management in a hands-on environment.

**Role Duties**:

- Record details in our database system.
- Organise client assets.
- Assist our Facilities Manager.
- Attend CBD properties as needed.

**About You**:

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable with repetitive but important tasks.
- Able to work independently once trained.
- Reliable and available for multiple hours per day until project completion.

**Details**:

- Casual role — flexible hours.
- Ideally suited to a university student or someone looking for short-term work.
- Melbourne CBD office location.
- Hourly rate**:$30/hour** (casual).
- Project expected to run for 6 weeks (possible extension).
