We are excited to welcome a positive, team-oriented individual to join our diverse and skilled team in a full-time, permanent role as part of a **_3 rotating shift operation_**.

You'll be part of a collaborative team, working in a dynamic environment where your enthusiasm and dedication will be valued. Starting dates can be flexible to accommodate your schedule.

**What We're Looking For**

We're seeking someone who:

- Has a motivated, curious, and proactive mindset
- Is dependable and punctual
- Enjoys hands-on work and is comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks (training and support will be provided to ensure safety and success)
- Has some mechanical ability and/or understanding
- Values teamwork and fosters collaboration
- Approaches challenges with logical thinking and effective problem-solving
- Prioritizes safety and quality in their work
- Is eligible to work in New Zealand immediately

Physical fitness is beneficial for this role, including the ability to handle items up to 25kg.

**Experience (Desirable but Not Required)**
- Operating machinery, such as packaging equipment
- Work in food, dairy, or other manufacturing environments
- Conducting quality inspections, monitoring, or record-keeping
