About Us:

Frames Now is a leading Australian picture framing retailer, providing high-quality frames to customers across the country. With a growing online store, we're looking for extra help during the busy Christmas period to ensure our customers receive their orders on time and in perfect condition.

About the Role:

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented team member to assist with picking and packing online orders in our warehouse. This is a casual role with part-time hours, ideal for someone looking for short-term work in a friendly, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fold heavy duty cardboard boxes
  • Accurately pick and pack online picture frame orders
  • Check orders for quality and accuracy before dispatch
  • Assist with general warehouse organisation and stock management
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace
  • Support the team with other tasks as required during peak periods

About You:

  • Reliable and punctual, with strong attention to detail
  • Able to work efficiently and follow instructions
  • Comfortable working on your feet, handling fragile items and physically demanding work
  • Previous warehouse, retail, or e-commerce experience is an advantage but not essential

Hours:

  • Casual with flexible part-time hours (approx. 15–25 hours per week within the hours of Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm)
  • Availability from now until Christmas (December 24th)
  • Additional hours may be offered during busy weeks
