- but we are also open to part time (to fit around study) but you must have a MANUAL drivers licence/ as all the doggy buses are manual. We have lots of opportunity for the right people to grow with our ever evolving plan to make dogs the happiest they can be

**What are the responsibilities of the role?**
- Team members have a schedule and work independently collect all the dogs to drive to our doggy. Daycare
- located 35mins from the north shore, there is a bit of driving involved in the job.
- On Arrival at Daycare
- Team members will be. Supervising groups of dogs and managing their behaviours to maintain overall wellbeing and safety, knowledge of breed traits and dog behaviour is really important.
- Cleaning up after the dogs, upkeep of facility
- we all muck in to do odd jobs and work as a team to make sure the environment is nice and neat for both the humans and the dogs. This does include mowing, whipping, gardening and some basic landscaping.
- Creating and distributing media content for our dog owners through videos and photos
- we use instagram and Tik Tok to communicate with the dogs families and to bring them a smile when they see how happy their dog is.
- Team members must be comfortable with handling big dogs, dogs of various temperaments, not scared of a bit of dirt, rain, mud and everything that comes with working with animals outside.

Applicants with working experience in kennels/doggy daycare or rescue facilities or who have completed certificates in animal studies/Dog training and/or companion animal services will be looked on favorably. But passion to learn and initiative is everything.
- Have a manual driving license
- Have experience with dogs
- TELL US ( good cover letters get interviews)
- Be strongly passionate about companion animals
- Have a great work ethic and be very reliable
- Enjoy the outdoors
- Be able to communicate well with your team, and with clients
- Have a high level of attention to detail in general
- Common sense, ability to manage demands on your time by multi-tasking
- Take initiative
- Be a friendly team player with a positive attitude
- Learn quickly, understand detailed information
