**The Opportunity**
As this organisation continues its significant global growth and delivery of a complex and exciting project portfolio, they have the need for an Experience Design Lead to join the team.

**The Right Fit**

You will bring experience as a UX leader with:

- Extensive experience working in design field, in an agile environment using relevant practices and principles such as Value Proposition, Minimum Viable Product, User Stories, Rapid Prototyping, and iterative development.
- Experience with Human-centred Design and the Design Thinking process.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating collaborative workshops, design sprints and/or ideation sessions.
- Experienced design skills and ability to create artefacts such as customer journey maps.
- Leadership experience.
- An inclusive mindset and ability to plan and execute discovery research approaches and to incorporate research and insights into experiences.
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, (Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) or equivalent and a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Passionate about exemplary user experience and staying up to date with digital design standards and trends.
- Great communicator and ability to lead staff and support peers and teams.
