Are you an experienced Incident Response professional looking for your next challenge? We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Civil & Incident Response Lead **to join our team on the NorthConnex Maintenance Contract based in West Pennant Hills, NSW.

**About the Role**:
As the Civil & Incident Response Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing critical traffic management and incident response activities. With at least 5 years of experience in this field, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity, you'll bring a wealth of knowledge to our team. Your role will be vital in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and smooth operation of our civil maintenance activities.

**What You'll Bring**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in Traffic Management and Incident Response, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Experience in a customer-focused environment with strong interpersonal skills.
- MR class driver's license with experience in TMA operations and a VOC.
- Demonstrable knowledge of Incident Response, Preventative Maintenance, and Corrective Maintenance.
- Familiarity with Asset Management Systems and Maximo.
- Experience in submitting claims as per contract requirements, updating Maximo, and ensuring certification is followed up within the month.
- Proven ability to track project costs, manage PO requisitions, and maintain accurate financial records within the JDEGS system.
- Strong background in conducting end-of-month reviews and engaging in project forecasting to ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
