With a reputation for professionalism, safety, and reliability, we are seeking an experienced Civil Landscape Project Manager to join our growing company.

About the Role

The Civil Landscape Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and delivery of civil landscape construction projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards, while maintaining effective communication with clients, consultants, and on-site teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organise, and manage all stages of construction projects including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Supervise site operations to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual standards.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site staff to ensure smooth workflow and timely project delivery.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and design documentation to identify and resolve issues.
  • Prepare project reports, forecasts, and progress updates for management and clients.
  • Manage procurement and liaise with suppliers for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, WHS regulations, and company policies.
  • Lead project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Oversee project handover, documentation, and compliance requirements.

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing medium to large-scale civil landscape or construction projects.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organisational abilities.
  • Excellent understanding of WHS regulations, construction standards, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
