Our client is a large national firm offering top tier quality lawyers at highly competitive rates enabling them to handle some of Australia's largest pieces of litigation.

**The Commercial Litigation Team**

This role will see you join the Sydney Litigation and Dispute Resolution team working closely with a well regarded partner in the practice. You will also work closely with the Senior Associate in the team yet be exposed to the wider practice that includes a five Partners and a number of Senior Associates and Lawyers at various levels.
They have an impressive list of clients within the media, health, stockbroking, food and beverage, energy and hospitality industries.

**Position Description**

Our client is looking for a lawyer with between
**3-5 years** commercial litigation experience from another reputable practice. This role will see you representing a broad array of clients across a number of areas of law including:

- General commercial;
- Defamation;
- Intellectual Property;
- Corporate;
- Property;
- Equity and
- Trade practices.

**Requirements**:
You will be a lawyer or associate with between
**3-5 years** solid commercial litigation experience. You will have worked on a broad mix of commercial litigation matters and ideally appeared in the Supreme and Federal Courts.
