Role Description
This is a full-time Litigation Associate role based on-site in Sydney, NSW. The Litigation Associate will be responsible for managing a diverse range of legal tasks including drafting applications, handling depositions, conducting research, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires collaboration with other legal professionals, as well as preparation and attendance in various court-related activities to support client cases effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in legal expertise and practices, including Litigation, Law, and Court proceedings
- Experience drafting and managing motions and other legal documents
- Strong research skills for case preparation and legal analysis
- Familiarity with deposition procedures and related processes
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet strict deadlines
- Bar admission in New South Wales or eligibility to practice law
- Relevant work experience is a plus
