**About the Position**:
As a UI Designer, your primary goal will be to create user-centric designs that deliver outstanding digital experiences for customers. You will collaborate closely with UX designers, product owners, and developers to craft visually appealing and user-friendly experiences across their digital assets. Your ability to combine aesthetics with exceptional user experience will be essential for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Designing world-class, human-centered experiences across various digital channels and mediums.
- Creating prototypes to communicate brand narratives and visually engage our audience.
- Generating innovative ideas and concepts to address identified problem areas.
- Actively contributing to and evolving our existing design system.
- Creating design documentation for delivery teams to work with effectively.
- Collaborating with stakeholders of different levels to deliver exceptional user experiences.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong skills in user interface and interaction design, with a focus on visual design, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma and Adobe Suite for design work.
- Demonstrated experience in creating functional prototypes.
- A curious mindset with a passion for learning new skills in analytics, content, research, and coding.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and engineering teams across various channels.
- Experience working with design systems, including governance, maintenance, and documentation.
