**At CCA**, our focus is to ensure people are living life the way they choose. We provide a range of services to individuals who live independently in their own homes—whether alone, with friends, or with family. Our services operate throughout Greater Sydney and are available year-round, offering support that empowers people to reach their personal goals and aspirations. Our services include NDIS, ICare and Disability Support for Older Australians.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support people living with disabilities in achieving their goals and enhance their independence
- Coordinate and link informal, funded, and mainstream services
- Ensure high-quality, individualised support services
- Foster strong community relationships and partnerships
- Maintain compliance with WHS and NDIS standards

**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary qualifications (Certificate IV or higher) in Disability Services or similar
- Proven experience in supervising staff and working with individuals with disabilities
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Current driver’s licence and NDIS Quality and Safeguards Worker Screening

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
