**About You**

The successful applicant must possess the following:

- Can do attitude
- Empathy - understanding of the customer and their problem
- Clear communication skills and confidence
- Product knowledge (training will be provided)
- Great Listening skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Competent computer skills

The successful applicant will have the following strengths:

- Plenty of customer service or incoming sales experience
- A love for education. A teacher (or ex-teacher) will be a good fit for thsi role
- A good understanding of the challenges that modern schools and educators face.
- Intelligent, fast learning, well presented, teachable & sociable - and we really mean it

The role entails
- Build raport with parents and answer their questions regarding your childre's education
- Follow-up and take responsibility for every customer you speak to
- Work proactively with our dynamic team to ensure flawless delivery and customer delight.
- Maintain positive relationships with current customers to ensure customer longevity, happiness and referrals

And finally.
- We're based in Head Office in Kogarah
- We will consider either a full time or part-time employees
- The role provides an excellent opportunity for advancement as GEA grow
- parking is provided

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
