**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Develop healthy and effective relationships with all stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Focus on improvement and streamlining of procedures and systems, sharing learnings to ensure consistency across the business
- Demonstrate experience with business intelligence or advanced visualisation tools
- Communicate effectively and produce clear, accurate documentation experience working in an agile environment
- Development of analytical products such as reports, dashboards, visualisations and advanced analytical outputs for a wide range of stakeholders that support and enable swift, actionable and evidence-based decision making
- Manage diverse stakeholder groups with different requirements or opinions, including effective use of negotiation, active listening and influencing
- Understand the customer needs and focus on meeting those demands
- Demonstrate proficiency and understanding of data systems, statistical analysis, business intelligence reporting and the data lifecycle
- Reasoning through problems and presenting creative ideas which can be translated into innovative opportunities.
- Data management with the ability to build data pipelines combining datasets from multiple sources; identify data quality issues and limitations, as well as develop solutions to improve organisational data uptake and utilisation
- Work both collaboratively and autonomously in an agile virtual team environment, with a willingness to provide and welcome feedback

- Previous experience in procurement, replenishment, or customer service within a FMCG environment
- Superior stakeholder engagement skills
- SAP & MicroStrategy experience desirable
- Demonstrated knowledge of inventory management, analysis, quantification, ordering, allocation, and replenishment processes
- High sense of accountability and a passion for process improvement
- Advanced computer literacy in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Accuracy and meticulous with details
- The ability to effectively prioritise and action key factors which are having the most negative impact on business
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- An applied background in data, analytics, business intelligence or research methods would be an advantage

**Education/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce or related discipline that involves the development of strong numeracy skills (financial management, economics, accounting, maths, statistics) highly regarded
