We currently have an opportunity for a Remuneration and Reporting Analyst to join our Team. Based out of the Melbourne office, this role will assist the implementation and benefits system, policies, procedures, and annual processes to actively support the attraction, retention, and motivation of employees capable of meeting current and future business needs.

**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include:
- Manage annual salary survey submissions using Korn Ferry & Mercer
- Formulate, design, and coordinate monthly reports for key stakeholders
- Coordinate the end-to-end job evaluation process and ensure that positions filled within the organisation are in line with approved evaluations.
- Assist with the annual remuneration and incentive processes, as well as support other remuneration processes
- Own benefits programs and support improved offering, as well as the annual WESAP data submission process.

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in corporate Remuneration role and/or analytical role
- Intermediate Excel user
- Sound understanding of remuneration and benefits frameworks, including the Hay job evaluation system.
- Proven ability to conduct research, synthesise data and prepare recommendations.
- High level of attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels
- Proactive, self-starter who can work with mínimal supervision

**About you**:
**Education/Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in Accounting, Business or Human Resources preferred
- Professional working knowledge in relevant field
- Experience using SuccessFactors Compensation module (preferred)
