As a Reservations Agent, you will make our guests feel welcome and reflect the exceptional experience the come when they arrive **What is in it for you**: Fun and Rewarding Team Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwide Learning programs through our Academies Opportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world **A day in the life of a Reservation Agent consists of**: - Providing exceptional customer service by responding to their requests promptly, efficiently and courteously. - Processing and inputting reservations following the hotel policy. - Promoting and up-selling hotel facilities through strong product knowledge. - Maintaining a high level of professionalism and ensuring procedures are followed. - Maintaining procedures in relation to credit and cash transactions and accounting documentation. - Co-ordinate group reservations ensuring contract rates are loaded correctly into reservations to maximize efficiency and eliminate revenue rebates. - Ensure all reservations are accurately actioned within the same working day. - Assist in Front Office as required, especially with guest check in and check out during peak periods of activity **Qualifications**: Your experience and skills include: - Guest focused personality is essential Additional Information Prior experience is an asset Prior experience working with Opera or a related system Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
