**About the Role**

Are you ready to elevate your career? We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Practice Manager or 2IC to step into the role of Regional Operations Coordinator (ROC) for QLD. This full-time position offers a dynamic work environment with approximately 38 hours per week, including some flexibility. Reporting directly to the Business Manager, you will be pivotal in supporting our clinics across the region, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of collaboration.

As the primary point of escalation for Practice/Project Managers in QLD, you will tackle operational queries head-on and ensure swift resolutions. Your leadership will be essential in working closely with managers to streamline processes and elevate the service experience across all clinics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be the go-to expert for resolving operational matters with your wealth of experience.
- Mentor and support Practice Managers through training, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Assist the Business Manager, stepping into their role as needed.
- Manage the QLD casual workforce, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the Business Manager to address unresolved operational concerns.
- Ensure a seamless and positive client experience across all clinics.
- Facilitate clinic accreditation to guarantee compliance.
- Travel throughout QLD will be part of the role.

We're looking for someone with a minimum of three years of practice management experience in the medical industry, preferably in General Practice or Occupational Health. You should have a proven track record in team leadership, fostering a positive workplace culture, and exceptional communication skills.
