**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver high standard customer service to both existing and new HCP and NDIS customers.
- Provide accurate product information about the Lite n' Easy HCP and NDIS programs and update records efficiently.
- Respond to customers NDIS quotes and queries with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.
- Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.
