**The Position**Typically, large projects being Greenfields or Brownfields are executed via System Integrators (SI’s), EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) or EPCM (Engineering, Procurement & Construction Management) contracts, therefore, it is critical to have high level engagement and solid relationships at this part of the ecosystem.
**Your Impact**
Working with a range of top Automation products such as Rockwell and Allen-Bradley, this is an exciting opportunity to promote NHP’s suite of Automation and Industrial products and achieve sales growth across the Western Australia market.
You will be responsible for developing and maintain strong relationships with current and potential Engineering customers as well as build strong relationships with Rockwell Automation.
- You will manage short and long-term project sales strategies and manage these throughout the project feed
- You will be establishing and maintain relationships to assigned accounts including but not limited to some EPC’s, Consultants, OEMs, and System Integrators.
- Adopt the company’s disciplined approach to managing sales opportunities and front log using available sales tools.
- Early Engagement with customer to influence specifications involving NHP Technology team, participation in solution selection and identify target projects.
- Technical knowledge and good understanding of industrial automation at all market segments, industrial software, control systems and motor control/MCC’s.
- Stay current on Industry trends, competitors, market drivers and RA offerings.
- Very regular and continuous customer visits/engagements at all levels
**About You**

**Education / Experience Requirements**
- Engineering qualification with at least 5 years’ experience in Automation.
