**The Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and hardworking individual ready to make their mark in our business and enjoy a great career. Reporting to the National Account Manager, this role will involve managing the operations of our high profile clients and expanding and developing their network. This position would suit someone that has worked in a similar role, the travel industry or events management as there will be lots of client interaction so you will need to be comfortable with this. You don’t need an insurance background, but you do need a can-do approach and the desire to grow and succeed

**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Act as the single point of contact for clients and provide an exceptional service
- Ensure all case manager objectives are met in line with company expectations
- Work thoughtfully to identify, clarify & exceed client expectations
- Take charge of insurance brands key accounts
- Ensure commitments & promises are fully supported & delivered
- Guarantee the accuracy of all monthly business reporting
- Co-ordinate & attend regular face to face meetings
- At all times act as an ambassador & role model for the JLG businesses
- Develop ongoing liaison with key clients, departments & senior management
- Identify the needs of the customers in areas where services can be improved
- Seek out new business opportunities to facilitate growth
- Contribute to the total effectiveness of the account management team
- Local & interstate travel, as required
- Provide assistance with the completion of invoices at the end of the month.

- Claims management background would be good but not essential
- Account / client management experience ideal
- Strong decision making & negotiation skills
- Ability to develop strong relationships
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management & organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly computer literate including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Positive & pro-active attitude
- Must be comfortable with attending social events, travelling locally and interstate for clients
- Ability to manage a demanding & changing workload & competing priorities
- Valid Australian driver licence
