**The Role**:
As a passionate leader, you'll be responsible for motivating and guiding our exceptional team, fostering a supportive and learning-oriented environment. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build effective working relationships with clients, staff members, and referring veterinarians. Exceptional organization and management skills are key, coupled with your innate compassion and patient focus.

With Specialist and Team Leader support you will have the opportunity to take on business leadership roles and contribute to the growth and development of the clinic, taking it to the next era of veterinary medicine.

**About You**
- Current Veterinary Registration with the Veterinary Surgeons Board of Queensland or able to be registered.
- 2 or more years of experience in emergency and critical care.
- Past leadership experience will be highly regarded.
- The desire to deliver the highest standards of emergency and critical care, professionally and with compassion.
- Dedication to the team and willingness to pitch in and help your colleagues.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with clients, staff members and referring Veterinarians.
