**Responsible Sourcing Specialist

**The Opportunity**

We are committed to upholding human rights, not only with respect to our own team but also for workers in our supply chain. The Woolworths Group Human Rights Program is one of the key ways in which we seek to uphold respect for workers rights throughout our supply chain.
You will provide technical guidance and advice in relation to the Responsible Sourcing Program, a key pillar of the Group’s Human Rights Program. You will harness data and systems to create actionable insights into human rights risks and trends, to drive compliance and engage key stakeholders across our business. You will partner with internal teams, supplier partners and third party certification schemes to ensure compliance to both the Woolworths Responsible Sourcing Policy, our Responsible Sourcing Standards and any other supporting documentation
**What you'll do
- As a key member of the Woolworths Group Human Rights team, support social compliance in the Woolworths Group supply chain as per Woolworths' Responsible Sourcing Policy & Standards.
- Responsible for generating data-driven reports and dashboards for Responsible Sourcing, for the purpose of internal and external reporting, creating actionable insights into human rights risks and trends.
- Identify opportunities for system improvements to innovate, bring efficiencies.
- Liaise with key stakeholders including internal teams (such as commercial and sourcing teams, social compliance schemes and suppliers to embed human rights strategic priorities and risk mitigation processes.
- Support on corrective action and remediation of non-conformances arising from social compliance audits.
- Uploading social compliance audits and maintaining systems.Contribute to the Human Rights team internal and external reporting obligations.
**What you'll bring
- Advanced Excel / Google sheets skills with experience working with pivot tables; ability to gather, interpret, and use complex data to prioritise actionable steps, identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prior experience in the field of responsible sourcing / human rights, compliance and/or auditing with knowledge of global and domestic supply chain issues is a value add.
- Experience working with the food industry would be advantageous.
- Experience in understanding audits and remediating non-conformances, identifying trends and understanding risk indicators in responsible sourcing programs and global supply chains.
- Demonstrated experience working with third party certifiers and/or audit schemesA strong ability to recognise, understand and influence the motivations of others, to manage situations where strong emotions are present, and to drive positive outcomes.
