Our Workers' Compensation team is seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Consultant to join us in our East Melbourne office enjoying a hybrid work arrangement. Their role is to provide excellent customer service and technical advice to our broad client base.
**About the Role**
The Workers' Compensation Consultant boasts a varied, autonomous, and rewarding role in our business. Responsible for delivering consultancy services to existing and new clients, the Workers' Compensation Consultant will manage claims and return to work processes for clients, whilst developing premium reduction strategies for our clients.
With a client-first approach, our Workers' Compensation Consultant will be supported by a well-structured team and strong leadership.

**About You**
You're an experienced Workers' Compensation Consultant with thorough product knowledge, strong rapport-building skills, and the drive to deliver key results both financial and non-financial.
You're a team player who is comfortable working autonomously but with accountability. You're keen to continue learning as a commitment to your ongoing professional development and you don't mind traveling from time to time.
With case management experience, a sound understanding of premium drivers, and a working knowledge of OH&S, and return to work principles and practice, you're ready to join our team
