Our objective is to support and advise our clients and brokers nationally on policy and premium, whilst assisting their injured workers in returning them home the same way, or better, than they arrived.

The Role
This is a full-time role based in Melbourne where you will utilise your existing workers compensation experience to support a portfolio of clients and/or brokers nationally.
The role will enhance your skillset to include all jurisdictions, extending your knowledge base to develop both professionally and personally in some of the following key areas of our business:
- Relationship management
- Presentation skills
- Management of state/national broking programs
- Claims management
- Return to Work Co-Ordinator
- Health & Wellbeing
- Building Allied Health networks
The perfect candidate will:
- be competent in workers compensation premium in the Victorian jurisdiction
- have an understanding of workers compensation premium in jurisdictions outside of Victoria, favorable although not essential
- have an understanding on how claims impact premium
- be competent in managing client accounts and relationships
- have exceptional verbal and written communications skills
- be able to work autonomously and within a team
- have an ability to multi-task, work to deadlines, with exceptional time management skills
- be confident in Microsoft Office
- have a high level of attention to detail on all tasks
- the confidence to work across multiple IT platforms simultaneously
