**The Role**

We are currently recruiting a **Front Office Manager** on a **full time **basis.
A fantastic transition into leadership, this role will see you hold the following primary responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding and personalised service at every guest interaction
- Support the delivery of a structured and consistent on boarding and training experience for new Front Office team members
- Complete a wide array of front office tasks such as check in and check out of Guests, take reservations, ensure guest accounts are kept up to date and accurate, process payment, pre-arrival phone calls
- Handle guest queries and complaints efficiently and effectively whilst providing supervision to other front office team members whilst on shift
- Ensure the Front Office team provides prompt and efficient service whilst also maximising occupancy levels and up-selling the property
- Provide guests and visitors with local information from your vast array of knowledge regarding local attractions, amenities and activities
**About You**
- Demonstrated customer service experience with a background in Hotel Front Office operations highly advantageous
- Confident communicator both written and spoken with the ability to motivate, build genuine relationships quickly and make people smile
- Computer Savvy - this role requires the use of Microsoft office programs and specialised property management systems
- Positive can-do attitude
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure, multitask and think on your feet
- A driven problem solver with a creative approach to delivering the ultimate 5-star guest experience
- Flexibility to work a varied roster that includes week days, weekends, mornings, nights and public holidays
