Our client is a boutique property firm in the search for a Legal Secretary with 2-5 years' Property and Commercial experience to work in their busy team.

**The Opportunity**
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled career Legal Secretary with 2-5 years' experience working in Property and Commercial and ready to 'hit the ground running'.
In this role, you will be supporting a fantastic principle who very much values their supporting staff and offers a great work/life balance. As an experienced Legal Secretary who enjoys a variety of interesting work, you will be responsible for:
- conveyancing;
- calculation of stamp duty and registration fees;
- in-house stamping of documents;
- property and company searches;
- client liaison;
- preparing briefs;
- digital and dictaphone typing; and
- general office duties including filing, billing and reporting.
