We're working with a top-tier firm that are looking for a full-time Legal Secretary to join their Real Estate practice.

As a Legal Secretary, you will work alongside 3 other secretaries as part of a high-performing team in the Brisbane CBD. You will support 2 Partners who are genuine, relaxed and let you work autonomously.

This role would be suitable for an intermediate secretary who has experience with Aderant billing.

**What work will you do?**
- Document preparation and management;
- Communication and correspondence with clients and third party providers;
- Reporting; and
- Administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the matters inc monthly billing.

**What type of person will be successful?**
- Someone with a background of working as a legal secretary, ideally from a Property or Real Estate background;
- Excellent verbal communication skills with all levels of stakeholders;
- A mindset and a drive to deliver on high standards; and
- A capacity to be solutions focused.
