- ** Junior Legal Administrative Assistant **- We are seeking a Junior Legal Assistant to work across several different and interesting areas of law. This amazing national firm has great systems and support in place. This assignment is ongoing, ideally our client is seeking a minimum of 6 to 12 months legal experience. Immediate start.
- ** Commercial Property Secretary **- Mid-tier National CBD law firm requires a superstar Property Secretary to assist a busy Partner for two weeks in July. Must have a minimum of **3 years previous experience in legal/ property law.**
- ** Junior Legal Admin **- Our client is seeking a bright office junior who is also able to assist with basic legal administrative responsibilities. Duties will include mail, court runs, overflow legal admin, relief reception. Must have 6 to 12 months previous experience and able to commence immediately.
- ** Defendant Insurance Secretary** - Amazing firm, busy team who require a superstar Insurance Secretary to assist on a temporary basis. Immediate start. Must have a minimum of **3 years previous experience in legal/ insurance.**
- ** Litigation/ Dispute Resolution** - Our client is seeking an experienced senior legal secretary to work within a busy litigation team. Great hourly rate on offer Immediate Start.
- ** Senior Legal Secretary/ Personal Injuries **- Our client is seeking an experience senior legal secretary to support a busy partner and their team. Must have 4/5 years legal experience in PI. Immediate start.

To be successful in this role you will have 12 months previous legal secretarial experience. You will have excellent Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook skills.

**Are you suitable for temp work?**
As our clients require their temps to ‘hit the ground running’, it is essential you have at least 6 months’ previous working experience in a law firm. In addition, you will:

- have a positive, “can do” attitude,
- be willing to learn and take on any task,
- be organised and proactive, and
- have great communication skills.
