Troocoo are currently partnering with a dynamic and innovative Trades business based in Northlakes, on a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounts Payable Officer to join their fun and friendly team. This is a 6 month fixed term contract on our clients books with view for extension or to move in to a full time permanent position.
Our client is offering great working environment convenient Northlakes location with parking onsite and career progression and training with a very attractive remuneration and supportive team environment.
The Senior Accounts Payable Officer will over see the accounts team, and is primarily responsible for the end-to-end accounts payable function. Within this position you will have the opportunity to broaden your skills and expand your knowledge whilst working across a range of finance functions.
Other duties include:
- Invoice processing
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier's statements
- Respond to internal and external customer enquiries regarding payment terms, tax compliance, business name registrations and invoice payments
- Generation of daily EFT run and bi-weekly payment runs
- Sound knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel
The successful applicant will be immediately available, have a strong transactional accounts background with an eye for detail. You will pride yourself on your professionalism and ability to work with others to achieve results.
