**About the Position**

**Key Responsibilities**

The duties of the Property Advisor will include but are not limited to:

- Create strategic plans that maximise the City’s property portfolio in line with our Lands Asset Action Plan.
- Assist with land tenure agreements and property transactions.
- Support the implementation of property policies and management practices for the City.
- Conduct research to enhance property projects and prepare reports for key stakeholders.
- Provide property advice on a variety of matters to other business units.

**About You**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Knowledge of legal planning agreements and land tenure arrangement.

This permanent full-time position is a Level 7 Inside Workforce Agreement position which attracts a salary from $96,731.43 gross pro rata per annum plus superannuation.

**To be eligible to work for us, you need to provide, or have ability obtain a**:

- A copy of Australian driving licence
- National Police Clearance (valid within the last 3 months)
- Pre-Employment Medical and DAS clearance
- The right to work in Australia
