The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and suitably experienced Support Services Administrator to join the Swick Mining team at South Guildford on a Part-Time, Fixed-Term basis. This position will be an integral part of the HR & Support Services function, primarily responsible for coordinating our training and certification process for all employees.
Key Responsibilities
**This position will be responsible for the following**:
- Coordinate end-to-end training/certification sign-up process
- Liaise with external training providers
- Ensure employees are complying with certification requirements
- Provide support to site-based and corporate leaders in relation to any ad-hoc training-related queries that arise
- Maintain/upload assessments/procedures/training records
- General administration support including reception cover when required.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Administrator/Coordinator role (previous experience as a Training Administrator would be desirable, but not essential)
- A proactive and solutions-focused attitude, with the ability to adapt and work flexibly
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritise your own workload to meet required timeframes
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail
