An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Shipping Coordinator to join Brandbank.

In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination of imports an exports for all of our renowned brands, including Seed Heritage, Unison, Commonry, kikki.K, allkinds, and Fine-Day.

**The Role***:

- Liaise with production, buying, and planning teams to address shipping-related matters.
- Collaborate with freight forwarders to plan and schedule air and sea freight shipments to their final destinations.
- Obtain air freight quotations from providers and work with the production team to ensure cost-effective transportation solutions.
- Oversee and track the weekly cargo handover process from suppliers, ensuring quantity alignment with purchase orders.
- Utilise sound knowledge of customs legal requirements for import/export of goods.
- Report delivery outputs and KPI’s to the Shipping Manager and to our brands.
- Identify and raise mapping-related issues within internal systems
- International Supply Chain Experience. min of 5 years
- Strong attention to detail, exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with shipment tracking and coordination systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software.
- Comfortable to work on-site for 5 day per week in our St Kilda offices.
