We're seeking a Customer Advisor to join our National Team.
As a Customer Advisor you will ensure adherence to Compliance procedures, Allianz internal policy/process and relevant legislation.
We are seeking those with a proactive approach to their work. You will be working with a team of dedicated Internal Assessors that aim to improve outcomes for our business and customers. Your role will be to leverage best practice principles across Allianz to ensure that Internal Assessors individual needs are met via onboarding, regular training, coaching and Quality Assurance execution.
**You'll be responsible for**:
- Identifing trends through Technical complaints escalation handling to drive improvement in customer and business outcomes.
- Identifing training gaps at an individual and portfolio level.
- Supporting the expansion of the Internal Assessing team into an on-road workforce.
- Oversee Technical complaint handling, ensuring AAL meets Code of Practice obligations.
- Oversee the delivery of on-boarding of new internal assessors and maintenance of processes and procedures.
- Oversee the execution of the Quality Assurance Framework for Internally Assessed claims
**Important to your success**:
You will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across our business divisions. You are known for your strong analytical skills and business focused solutions. In addition, you will be valued for:
- Significant experience in a claims assessment / management role for a complex, matrixed general insurance organisation.
- ANZIIF CertIficate 4 or Loss Adjustor accreditation desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated experience in leading, coaching and developing a claims team at a technical level.
- Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands.
- Proven capability to manage change through the initiation and promotion of organisational transformation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
