**Operations Manager - Accommodation, Conference & Events**
**Location**: Between Woodend & Kilmore, Victoria

**Estate**:200+ Acre Property
**Salary**: $110K - $120K

We are seeking a dynamic **Operations Manager** to oversee **Accommodation, Conference & Events** at a stunning **200+ acre property** situated in prime land between Woodend and Kilmore. This role is perfect for someone with a well-rounded background in either **hotels** or **resorts**, with strong experience in both **Sales**, **F&B** and **accommodation** operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage day-to-day operations for accommodation, conference, and events facilities across the property.
- Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a loyal and high-performing culture.
- Oversee accommodation services, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
- Coordinate large-scale events and conferences, delivering seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with F&B teams to ensure outstanding service and operational efficiency.
- Develop strategies to optimise revenue, cost control, and operational performance.
- Maintain and enhance the property's reputation for quality and excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Extensive experience in hotel or resort operations, with a strong background in **F&B, Sales** and **accommodation** management.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale conference and event operations.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a loyal team.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage high volumes of guests and events while maintaining exceptional service standards.
- A passion for delivering memorable guest experiences and driving operational success.
